Volunteering
I really enjoy contributing to my community and helping people everywhere. This page is dedicated to some of my service involvements.

Tutoring
I've been volunteer peer tutoring for years on a weekly basis. I've build my own curriculum and program, and I've had a great feedback from my peers. In that time, I've tutored over 100 students, many regularly attend my weekly group sessions.

Suppporting people
with disabilities
I've been volunteering weekly to help people with both physical and mental limitations in a program of therapeutic horseback riding. It's been really fun and rewarding to work with this community program.

Community Advocacy
In community advocacy I've been involved in a couple different initiatives. The first focused on developing and proposing recommendations for police reform. The second explored and communicated offerings of mental health services to the community.

NYC Parks volunteer
I've had the pleasure of volunteering for the NYC parks department, working to keep our city's parks beautiful. A little manual labor and fresh outdoor air always makes for a good day.
